nr5gCellStatus	Cell access status for NR5G calls. Values 0x00 - Cell access is allowed for normal calls only 0x01 - Cell access is allowed for emergency calls only 0x02 - Cell access is not allowed for any call type 0x03 - Cell access is allowed for all call types -1 - Cell access type is unknown
